What You'll Do
* Support Surgeons & Healthcare Teams: Be in the operating theatre, providing clinical guidance and ensuring optimal use of Stryker trauma solutions during procedures.
* Educate & Influence: Deliver technical training and clinical advice to build confidence in our products, supporting clinicians in adopting the latest techniques.
* Collaborate Closely: Partner with internal teams, including sales and product specialists, to support business growth and clinical excellence.
* Advise & Problem Solve: Respond to clinical questions, troubleshoot product issues, and confidently handle complex scenarios in a theatre setting.
* Develop Relationships: Build trust with healthcare professionals by demonstrating credibility, understanding their needs, and sharing clinical insights.
Who We're Looking For
* Healthcare or Clinical Experience: A background in health, nursing, or related fields with an understanding of surgical environments.
* Strong Communication Skills: Effective communicator, able to explain technical information clearly and influence healthcare professionals.
