About the Role
As a Rental Operations Agent you will be involved in all aspects of our business at the Rockhampton Airport. You will interact with customers at the counter, market products and services, complete rental bookings, inspect vehicles for damages, and assist with vehicle cleaning in the wash bay.
Responsibilities
* Establish customer car rental needs by actively listening.
* Review various add‐ons and services to determine what best suits the customer.
* Communicate rental procedures and guidelines effectively.
* Complete rental bookings in a timely, efficient and accurate manner.
* Answer customer questions and inquiries.
* Prepare the interior and exterior of vehicles, including cleaning, washing and vacuuming.
* Refuel gas tanks, check fluid levels and tire conditions, including pressure and tread depth.
* Assess vehicles for potential new damages and report as per our vehicle damage procedure.
Qualifications
* Full and valid driver's licence.
* Minimum availability of 4 days per week.
* Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service or sales.
* Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service.
* Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards.
* Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information.
