Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Griffith. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong retail background, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
The successful candidate will have the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets, while maintaining smooth store operations. They will also be responsible for overseeing visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Store Manager to maximize sales potential and maintain smooth store operations.
* Lead by example, deliver exceptional customer service, and develop a passionate, high-performing team.
* Oversee visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting.
* Ensure WHS compliance and a safe work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Retail management or leadership experience.
* Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Willingness to learn all aspects of automotive retail.
* Operational knowledge in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, performance reporting.
* Mechanical experience is a bonus, not required.
