**About the Role**:
Our client seeks a Change Manager to lead the change management for the SAP S/4 HANA ERP implementation. This position is based in their Brisbane office and is integral to navigating the complexities of implementing this critical system, this role requires **4 to 5 days in the office** participation.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Change Management & Strategy Implementation**:
- Design and deploy change management initiatives tailored to the SAP S/4 HANA ERP implementation.
- Handle resistance and roadblocks effectively, demonstrating an ability to guide stakeholders through transformative changes.
- Develop detailed plans to address the impacts of these changes on existing processes and systems.
- **Project Delivery**:
- Lead robust change initiatives, ensuring seamless transitions with mínimal disruption.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to provide comprehensive communication and training related to change management.
- **Potential Future Role Expansion**:
- Upon headcount approval, contribute to the governance of Digital PMO, setting standards for exemplary change management practices.
- Engage in high-impact projects to refine digital PMO project strategies and execution.

You are a proactive and seasoned Change Manager adept at steering substantial initiatives and fostering stakeholder collaboration. Your experience in managing ERP implementations, especially with platforms like SAP S/4 HANA, sets you apart.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Change Management, preferably with ERP implementations.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or industry-recognized certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP).
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex change landscapes and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.
