Overview
Mackay based role supporting a large mining company in HR. The job includes processing, submitting, and maintaining records, coordinating site personnel access paperwork, and supporting onboarding and day-to-day administrative tasks for site management and staff.
Responsibilities
* Process, submit, and maintain HR records.
* Compile monthly site registers and training data.
* Upload data into required systems.
* Coordinate all site personnel access paperwork.
* Manage new starter inductions and required site documentation.
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to site management and staff.
* Deliver onboarding support and responsive day‐to‐day assistance.
* Manage the Site Access process for all new employees.
* Coordinate travel arrangements for transport to and from site.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a full‐function Site Administrator role.
* Strong skills using MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and Word.
* Recent FIFO experience within a Site Administrator position.
* Proven experience in the Civil and/or Mining industry.
