About the Role
As a Kitchen Specialist, you will provide the best experience for customers' kitchen and bathroom needs, from giving advice on fixtures and fittings to full design, order and installation projects. The role is full-time and requires flexibility to work weekdays and weekends.
Pay rate: $30.45 per hour for adults (18 years and over).
Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service, understanding customers' needs, preferences and budget
* Guide customers to suitable design services and produce quotes
* Manage stock and keep up to date on newly featured products while maintaining a clean and tidy work environment
* Generate sales and manage ongoing orders
* Work as part of a supportive and inclusive team that makes a difference and enjoys fun moments
Qualifications
* Passion for interior design, DIY or residential construction
* Experience in the industry is a plus, but training will be provided
* Genuine passion for customer experience
* Ability to engage and connect with customers throughout their project journey
* Eager to learn about products and services
* Integrity, safety consciousness and commitment to doing best
* Availability to work flexible hours, including late nights, early mornings and weekends
