Key Responsibilities
* Develop design concepts, feasibility studies, and detailed architectural solutions.
* Produce drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, planners, and contractors.
* Manage workloads, resources, and project programmes.
* Ensure compliance with building regulations, sustainability standards, and best practice.
* Support junior team members and contribute to quality assurance processes.
Skills & Experience
* ARB registration.
* Proficiency in BIM methodologies and design software (e.g., Revit).
* Strong design and presentation skills.
* Experience across multiple project stages.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills.
