About the Opportunity
As a Level 3 Physiotherapist at Gosford Hospital, you will lead the delivery of acute physiotherapy services across ICU and respiratory units. You will oversee a multidisciplinary team that includes new graduates, junior physiotherapists, and physiotherapy assistants, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
Your role will involve managing complex clinical caseloads, driving best practice standards, and contributing to service development and continuous improvement initiatives. About You
* Registered Physiotherapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Relevant experience in relation to the essential requirements of the role.
* Commitment to continuous professional development and service improvement.
* Proven experience in acute physiotherapy, with desirable experience across ICU, cardiorespiratory and surgical wards and outpatients respiratory clinics.
* Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience in the supervision and mentorship of junior staff, students and assistants.
