The Mark Moran Group is an award winning retirement and aged care provider with three outstanding facilities across Sydney. We are looking for a proactive and passionate coordinator to work with the business to create a great employee experience.
The P&C Coordinator undertakes a variety of HR administrative duties. It manages stuff like employee records and supporting the recruitment processes across the Group, (like talent pipeline and sourcing activities). It has a broad knowledge of the entire Employee Experience (EX) and is able to see how all actions interact with one another. It works autonomously and efficiently for the end-to-end running of P&C projects and operations, all underpinned by our Values.
OK, that was the overview. This is a great role for those P&C practitioners who want to expand into a range of specialties. Foremost is managing EX at an administrative level, but this role will also learn about rostering, with the expectation that they will work closely with our amazing roster clerks and stand in for them during leave. They will sit in regularly on our frontline interviews and assist our sites with P&C expertise. Working really closely with the Payroll Manager, they will learn payroll and stand in during their absence too.
