An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic professional to provide high level executive support and administrative support to two of the founding Partners to help ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the daily practice activities. The Executive Assistant acts as a trusted point of coordination across clients, stakeholders and internal teams, managing competing priorities, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting high quality client service.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high level executive assistance to two of the founding Partners.
* Manage complex and frequently challenging calendars, appointments and meetings.
* Coordinate domestic and interstate travel, including itineraries and accommodation.
* Screen and priorities emails, phone calls and correspondence.
* Monitor deadlines, priorities and outstanding tasks across multiple businesses or matters.
* Proactively use technology to improve efficiency of workflow and appointment management.
* Act as a key point of contact between clients, stakeholders and legal teams.
* Draft, edit and format documents, agreements and correspondence.
* Assist with workflow management across the team.
Key Skills / Background
* Demonstrated experience in an Executive Assistant, or similar support role, in a fast-paced environment.
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* High level of professionalism, direction and confidentiality.
* Strong initiative with a proactive, adaptable and solutions focused approach.
* Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the business.
