Oversee Agile delivery cycles – sprints, ceremonies, backlog prioritisation.Partner with stakeholders across HR, IT, and Finance.Coordinate with DevOps and technical teams for deployment and integration.Deliver to scope, timeframes, and quality expectations.Manage risk, issues, and dependencies proactively.Provide clear governance and project reporting.Embed Agile and DevOps practices within the project team.QualificationsProven track record as a Senior Project Manager in complex projects.Solid Agile delivery expertise with sprint management experience.Background in HRIS, payroll, or workforce systems (Workday/Dayforce preferred).
