Wink is seeking an influential marketer to join a growing marketing team. In this role, you’ll lead day to day client strategy and campaign delivery, ensuring high quality execution and collaborate with stakeholders, working on activity across loyalty, promotions and rewards.

The Senior Marketing Manager acts as a strategic bridge between client expectations, internal delivery and Wink’s growth ambitions. The role acts as 2IC to the General Manager – Marketing and would best suit a marketer with at least 5-8 years of experience. You’ll need exceptional organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail, equipped to manage multiple projects at once.

Position Specifics

Permanent, full time position based remotely in either Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.

Report directly to the General Manager – Marketing and learn from marketing professionals with APAC’s highest marketing designation.

Key Accountabilities

Lead client strategy and end to end delivery across loyalty, rewards, promotions and marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment to objectives, quality execution and commercial success.

Manage Wink’s strategic marketing and communications calendar.

Oversee the building and scheduling of content, optimisation of campaigns, segmentation, reporting, insights and performance for all clients.

Take briefs and coordinate requests from clients as well as internal stakeholders, managing schedules, campaign calendars and collateral.

Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, acting as a point of contact for strategic marketing advice.

Mentor and manage members of the marketing team, ensuring individual growth, clarity of role and performance against KPIs

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing delivery is integrated, timely and commercially aligned.

Support the General Manager – Marketing in broader business planning and growth initiatives.

Identify opportunities to improve campaign delivery, reduce turnaround time and scale capability.

Develop and maintain outstanding internal and external relationships and communication

Support business growth through a positive, sales and results driven culture.

Skills, Style & Experience

Minimum 5-8 years in a marketing leadership role with proven experience managing strategy and campaign delivery.

Demonstrated experience in loyalty, promotions, CRM, B2B/B2C campaigns and digital first marketing environments.

Experience managing teams and working collaboratively across marketing, client service, tech, communications, finance and partnerships functions.

Excellent understanding of email marketing together with experience building campaigns through Connect, Mailchimp, Klayvio or other marketing automation platforms.

Proven ability to manage deadlines, budgets and client expectations across multiple accounts

Strong commercial acumen and ability to derive insights from campaign data.

Confident communicator with exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills

Excellent understanding of marketing acquisition and retention strategies with a B2B and B2B2C focus.

Highly proactive and deadline focused with outstanding organisational, communication and relationship management skills.

Background in agency, rewards, fintech, media or CX is highly desirable
