Contract Law Graduate – Hard Bakka

Enter Hard Bakka as a contract law graduate to contribute to commercial law, collections, and dispute resolution. Ideal for law graduates or students in NSW.

Responsibilities

* Carry out contract procedures and collections in the name of Hard Bakka Pty Ltd.
* Adhere to the company contracts and collection system.
* Achieve daily and monthly targets.
* Provide customer service and promote Hard Bakka services to new and existing clients.
* Work strictly within the Privacy Act and debt‐collection guidelines.
* Manage internal diary/calendar system and databases, updating records and ordering letters/emails.
* Prepare files for legal action and liaise with clients and debtors via telephone and email.
* Maintain electronic and hard‐copy filing system and general administrative tasks.
* Housekeeping of office facilities and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications

* Academic achievement of a Law Degree at Bachelor level.
* Qualification for admission as a Legal Practitioner in NSW.
* Positive attitude toward Hard Bakka's goals and values.
* Desire to specialise in commercial contract law, collections and dispute resolution.
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
* Strong command of English language and grammar.
* Clear and concise telephone manner.
* Strong negotiation and team‐work skills.
* Ability to manage own time effectively and work on a computer/telephone for 6–7 hours per day.
* Typing speed of 45–55 words per minute with >90% accuracy.
* Capacity to work with minimal supervision.

Senior Project Manager – Steel

Hard Bakka is seeking a senior project manager with proven experience in the Australian steel industry.

Responsibilities

* Lead steel fabrication, erection and related projects.
* Prepare OHS and quality documentation, ensuring compliance with Australian Standards.
* Coordinate project schedules and budgets.
* Manage project teams and client relationships.

Qualifications

* Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Project Management, or equivalent.
* Minimum 10 years of project management experience in the steel industry.
* Proven knowledge of Australian Standards for welding, fabrication and erection.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.

Apprentice Steel Fabrication Engineer – Hard Bakka
