The Opportunity
We're expanding our team and hiring Customer Care Agents to help us keep pace with high demand. In this fast-paced, high-volume environment, you'll handle inbound and outbound calls, deliver exceptional service, and convert enquiries into bookings and long-term customers.
What You'll Do
* Convert inbound and outbound enquiries into bookings and long-term customers
* Deliver expert advice and friendly service that builds trust and drives results
* Hit and exceed daily sales targets with confidence and consistency
* Log activities accurately in our CRM and track performance
* Support admin tasks while keeping your focus on conversion
* Collaborate with your team to maintain a positive, high-energy culture
* Represent Flick with professionalism, integrity, and care
What You Bring
* Excellent oral and written communication
* Sales-driven mindset with strong persuasion and rapport-building skills
* Tech-savvy and quick learner; comfortable with CRM systems
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
* Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume call centre
* Prior call centre or sales experience preferred (not essential)
