A large community services provider is seeking a Service Development Project Officer (0.8 FTE) to coordinate and facilitate key service development activities across a community programs portfolio. The role partners with internal program leads to build commissioning readiness, identify and respond to grant opportunities, and develop outcomes/impact frameworks and other evidence-informed models.
Contract: 6-month contract Location: Phillip and Dickson (movement across sites may be required).
Key responsibilities
Develop high-quality content/resources for stakeholder communication and grant writing.
Maintain knowledge of ACT/Federal commissioning landscape and identify grant opportunities.
Contribute to grant applications and new initiatives; analyse feedback to improve commissioning outcomes.
Develop and implement an Outcomes and Impact Framework; support development of other models/frameworks.
Work with data/performance resources to support project management and evaluation of pilots.
About you (essential)
Demonstrated experience in grants management/tender writing.
Experience/qualifications in outcomes and impact evaluation.
Strong stakeholder engagement and report writing; project management capability.
Tertiary qualifications in human services/social work/community development (or related).
ACT WWVP + driver licence and access to insured vehicle; ability to work outside business hours as required.
