We have a great opportunity at our Laverton North Warehouse for a motivated and driven Reverse Logistics Store Person, to join our team on a 12-month maternity coverage contract. There is possibility but no guarantee for turning this into a full-time position beyond the 12 months.
Reverse Logistics
* Pick and receive stock using RF scanners
* Assess and process customer returns
* Prepare, wrap and palletise stock for return to vendors
* Collaborate with Returns and Claims Administration to ensure accurate processing
* Maintain documentation using Business Central, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
* Previous experience in warehouse operations
* Current High Reach Forklift Licence and Driver's Licence (essential)
* Strong reliability and punctuality, with availability between 6:00am – 6:00pm
* Experience using RF scanners (highly regarded)
* High attention to detail and a proactive, motivated approach
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, including managing high-volume inboxes
* A positive "can-do" attitude with a willingness to learn
* Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Strong commitment to Workplace Health & Safety (WH&S) standards
