Job Overview
This role is a key position within our service team, responsible for coordinating and managing parts across various departments.
* Working closely with the workshop, Field and PowerGen teams to optimize parts allocation and distribution.
* Ensuring seamless coordination of parts on service work orders, including organizing logistics and monitoring backorders.
* Providing exceptional customer service through timely and accurate responses to parts enquiries.
* Collaborating with suppliers to source external parts, manage quotes and freight costs.
* Utilizing data analysis to identify areas for improvement in parts management and optimize processes.
* Supporting the team with part availability, pricing and freight queries.
To excel in this position, you will require:
* Previous experience working with parts in an automotive environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
* High level of computer literacy, with proficiency in relevant software applications.
* Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
* Mechanical knowledge or background is highly desirable, as is a valid driver's license for local transportation.
