90,243-98,861 AUD Annual Gross (subject to enhancements based on internal processes)
Roles and Responsibilities
* Mobility Operations, Change & Release Governance: Support ITIL‐aligned change control, impact assessments, and assist with release readiness for go‐lives.
* Incident, Escalation & Problem Management: Support high‐priority incidents, assist with escalation management for complex or high‐impact issues, including timely updates and accurate ticket hygiene and contribute to root‐cause analysis/problem management.
* Security, Risk & Vulnerability Management: Support vulnerability remediation activities in collaboration with Cyber Security teams and platform SMEs; maintain evidence audits and support fleet posture/security event reporting.
* Platform Engineering & Lifecycle Management: Monitor platform health and performance and raise risks/issues proactively with recommended actions. Support OS/app testing and compatibility checks.
* Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Over 5 years of experience in Enterprise Mobility Management, Platform Operations, or Engineering Operations within large‐scale, regulated environments (e.g., Telco, Enterprise, Government).
* Hands‐on familiarity with UEM/EMM platforms such as Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE and Ivanti Endpoint Manager including enrolment ecosystems (ADE, KME, ZTE).
* Strong communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders and provide clear operational updates.
Preferred
* Prior working experience in Engineering Operations within large‐scale, regulated environments (e.g., Telco, Enterprise, Government).
* Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
* Analytical Problem‐Solving: Structured RCA, pattern recognition across incidents/changes/requests, and strong data literacy.
* Process, Quality & Governance: ITIL discipline, rigorous QA across change/release/operations, and a continuous‐improvement mindset.
* Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Effective cross‐functional partnering; communicates clearly with technical and non‐technical audiences; strong customer empathy.
