Job Title: Financial Operations Manager
A leading company is seeking a skilled Financial Operations Manager to oversee the financial accounting, payroll, and accounts payable functions. As a key member of the finance team, you will ensure accuracy, compliance, and integrity of all financial data.
About The Role:
Reporting to the Business Manager, you will lead a small finance team and partner closely with senior management to support decision-making and drive operational and business performance. Your responsibilities will include managing the month-end close process, reviewing labour and equipment sell rates for profitability, and driving system improvements across finance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor a small finance team, building a collaborative and high-performing culture.
* Deliver accurate and timely financial reports including P&L, balance sheet, cashflow, and variance analysis.
* Partner with senior leadership on annual budgets, forecasts, and cost allocation.
Requirements:
* 5+ years' financial accounting experience, including leadership.
* Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
* CA/CPA qualification highly regarded (not essential).
