* Salary: $95,361 – $102,302 plus 17% superannuation (HEW Level 6)
* Additional allowance paid on top of base salary

About This Opportunity
As a Client Facility Coordinator (Trades), you will continue to utilise your hands‐on trade expertise while stepping into a role that combines technical problem solving, contractor coordination, client engagement and minor project oversight across one of Australia's largest and most diverse campus environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Delivering and coordinating maintenance, repairs and minor works across campus facilities and infrastructure.
* Acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders and coordinating maintenance requests across your precinct.
* Supervising contractors and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to agreed standards.
* Providing technical trade advice and assisting with fault‐finding and operational problem solving.
* Monitoring and inspecting building assets and infrastructure systems while maintaining accurate records.
* Supporting continuous improvement and contributing to a safe, collaborative and customer‐focused facilities environment.
Qualifications
* Relevant trade qualifications ideally within plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, HVAC, mechanical or a related building services discipline.
* Experience working across maintenance and facilities environments within large or complex sites.
* Demonstrated experience coordinating contractors, maintenance activities or minor works.
* Strong technical understanding of building services and infrastructure systems.
* Strong understanding of Workplace Health and Safety legislation, codes and compliance requirements.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong problem‐solving capability and the ability to manage competing operational priorities.
* Basic computer literacy and experience working with maintenance systems.
* Current open Queensland Driver's Licence.
* Willingness to participate in after‐hours on‐call arrangements where required.
