About the Role
Based in Alice Springs, you'll deliver client-focused social work support alongside legal services, with a focus on First Nations women. Your work will include:
* Case management and advocacy across housing, health, safety, and wellbeing
* Coordinating outreach and court support in Tennant Creek and remote communities
* Delivering community education, training and e-learning
* Supporting sector capability with audits, consultations, and service mapping
What You'll Bring
* Tertiary qualification in Social Work and eligibility for registration
* Understanding of domestic, family and sexual violence (DFSV)
* Experience supporting women with complex needs, especially in First Nations contexts
* Excellent communication, self-care, and teamwork skills
Bonus points if you have experience in:
* Adult education, facilitation or training
* Working in regional or remote Aboriginal communities
* NT DFSV Risk Assessment & Management Framework
You'll need or be able to obtain:
* NT Driver Licence
* Ochre Card (Working with Children)
* National Police Check
