We are seeking an enthusiastic and efficient Patient Services Officer (Medical Receptionist) to work across our Adelaide clinics on a full‐time, maximum term contract.

Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to clients and staff with a professional, caring, and approachable manner.
* Act as the first point of contact for patients, building rapport and creating a welcoming experience.
* Book and confirm patient appointments and consultations.
* Handle billing and receipting at the time of appointment.
* Accurately process relevant paperwork, including data entry.
* Maintain patient records and file patient notes.
* Ensure the smooth running of the clinic and liaise with the team to ensure efficient processes.
* Work across all four Adelaide sites in an ever‐changing environment with competing priorities.
Qualifications:
* Previous medical industry experience is preferred.
* Eager to learn new systems and applications for managing patient and doctor requests.
* Demonstrated ability to provide ongoing patient care and customer service.
* Strong communication and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
* Experience working individually or as part of a team.
* Knowledge of patient billing systems and related Medicare mechanisms is highly valued.
* Exceptional phone manner and ability to handle a high volume of patient inquiries.
* Flexibility and adaptability to a fast‐paced environment.
