Job Description
The role of Operations Manager is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation, maintenance, and commercial success of our crypto ATM network. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual to oversee the end-to-end performance of our national ATM fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day functionality of the ATM fleet, ensuring optimal uptime and performance.
* Coordinate maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades in collaboration with technical support teams and vendors.
* Monitor system health, transaction flows, and hardware/software integrations to preemptively address issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience in operations management, preferably in fintech, ATM networks, or hardware-based services.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Technical proficiency in hardware/software systems and troubleshooting.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Leadership experience with direct reports or cross-functional teams.
