ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

About You:
* Have a minimum of 1 years management experience in Retail
* Experience in managing a team of 2 – 4 team members
* Have a passion for customer service, retail sales and fashion
* Be determined to achieve the store budget and understand KPI expectations
* Have the ability to identify store opportunities in order to maximise sales
* Have the ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team
