Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing product quoting, ordering, receipting, and delivery.
* Coordinate logistics, including freight, stock, and vehicle movements.
* Liaise with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and backorders.
* Conduct stock takes and stay updated on the latest technologies.
* Manage office administration, including supplies, calls, and office access.
* Support HR tasks, travel bookings, and event planning.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, coordinating logistics, liaising with suppliers, conducting stock takes, and managing office administration.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of sales administration experience.
* Knowledge of IT infrastructure.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
