Leadership Role Where You Can Truly Make a Difference As Centre Director at C&K Middlemount, you’ll lead a 74-place centre offering high-quality education and care for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. You’ll be at the heart of a warm, connected community that values early learning and supports the people who make it happen. To thrive in this role, you’ll need: Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved) OR equivalent. Current or willing-to-obtain Child Protection Training Up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications A valid Blue Card or Exemption Card and current Police Check Knowledge of the NQF, EYLF, and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guide A passion for high-quality outcomes, a collaborative spirit, and a heart for community Join us and find a better way with C&K - for children, for you, for always.
