Digital Product Owner Our client is seeking an experienced Digital Product Owner to join a fast-moving team driving innovation across digital platforms and customer experiences. You’ll play a key role in shaping the product vision, defining the roadmap, and delivering value that meets both business and user needs. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end digital product lifecycle — from discovery and prioritisation through delivery and optimisation. Work closely with stakeholders, UX/UI designers, and engineering teams to define clear product requirements and acceptance criteria. Maintain and refine the product backlog, ensuring priorities align with strategic goals and customer value. Analyse data, user feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Act as the voice of the customer and champion of user-centric design and agile delivery practices. Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Product Owner, Digital Product Manager, or similar role in agile environments. Strong understanding of digital platforms, APIs, data, and user experience principles. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to balance technical, business, and customer needs. Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities in fast-paced settings. Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and analytics platforms (e.g. GA, Mixpanel, or similar).
