Be part of it and shape your world.**About the Role**We're seeking a Community Relations Advisor who is passionate about engagement, and delivering meaningful social impact to join our team located at the W.A. Mining Hub in Pinjarra.In this role, you will partner with our Willowdale operations, WA Mining, and Australian Corporate Affairs teams to enhance Alcoa's reputation, strengthen our social licence to operate, and support our ESG commitments. This is a varied and dynamic position that is a front-facing role with a strong on-the-ground presence, engaging directly with key stakeholders, including our important mining neighbours and local communities. It supplies bauxite ore to the Wagerup Alumina Refinery via a direct overland conveying system and helps to produce almost half of Australia's alumina and approximately 19 per cent of Australia's aluminium.
