The Opportunity
As a Parts Interpreter at our Muswellbrook Toyota & Isuzu UTE dealership, you'll be right at the centre of our operation - connecting Service, Sales, and our retail and trade customers to ensure the right parts are delivered, on time and without fuss.
This is a hands‐on role in a high‐performing team, where organisation, accuracy, and communication matter. You'll be supported by experienced leaders, proven systems, and a business that's invested in your success.
What you'll be doing
* Interpreting and supplying parts to workshop, retail, and trade customers
* Managing enquiries, quotes, and orders efficiently and accurately
* Working closely with Service and Sales to keep jobs moving
* Maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers
* Supporting stock control, receipting, and inventory organisation
* Contributing to team performance and hitting key targets
* Following processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
About You
You're someone who takes pride in doing things properly. You're organised, reliable, and enjoy working with people in a fast‐paced environment.
* Experience as a Parts Interpreter (ideal, but not essential)
* An interest in vehicles or the automotive industry
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Attention to detail and the ability to stay organised under pressure
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
* No automotive experience? No problem - we'll train the right person.
