Having moved earlier this year into our new South Perth showroom, we are now looking for a new Front of House staff member. Could this be you?
As we continue to grow, we are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Sales Associate you will be one of the first points of contact for our valued clientele. This is a casual/part-time role, three days per week role, working Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
About the role
This role is integral in creating a luxury experience for every guest who enters our showroom. You will be responsible for welcoming clients, assisting with jewellery enquiries, and ensuring the showroom reflects the highest standard of presentation.
Skills and experience
* Warmly welcome clients and provide a luxury, personalised experience.
* Assist clients with product enquiries and support the sales process with attention to detail and discretion.
* Manage front-of-house operations, including appointment bookings and showroom presentation.
* Handle customer communications – phone, email, and in-person – with professionalism and confidentiality.
* Working closely with our Jewellers to create bespoke pieces of jewellery for our clients.
* Ensure merchandise and displays are immaculate, reflecting the brand.
* Contribute to achieving sales and service goals through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
About you
We are looking for someone who embodies professionalism, and a genuine passion for jewellery and fashion.
Skills & Attributes
* Minimum 2 years' previous experience in jewellery or retail preferred.
* Impeccable personal presentation and polished communication skills.
* Strong client relationship skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
* Sales-driven with confidence in assisting and selling jewellery.
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
* A proactive and team-oriented approach with reliability and discretion.
* Federal and National Police clearances required.
* Flexibility to work across weekdays and weekends.
