Job Summary
Title: Training Coordination Team Leader. Salary: $118,037+ base salary, 12% super, up to $15,900 in salary packaging for living expenses (under RACGP's health promotion charity status). Full‐time (1.0 FTE), Permanent. Regional role requires commuting to a RACGP office once per week; work‐from‐home options available on request. Regionally based in any NSW/ACT office.
Responsibilities
* Take a key leadership role in the delivery of the AGPT Program across a range of administrative functions including registrar support, practice and supervisor support, accreditation, and event coordination.
* Mentor, train and support Training Coordinators and Program Support Officers to enhance service delivery to registrars, supervisors and practices and ensure the local region team functions effectively.
* Ensure a cohesive and responsive service is always experienced by stakeholders within the region.
* Work collaboratively with the Medical Education team to support well‐coordinated program delivery.
* Liaise with relevant organisations on behalf of RACGP.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience in people leadership and/or operating at a senior level within a training or service‐delivery environment.
* Proven experience leading a team and/or working in a senior administrative capacity.
* Strong ability to support and drive process improvements and organisational change.
* Track record of effectively coordinating competing priorities and resolving complex issues.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship‐building skills.
* Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, TMS, and online learning management systems.
