Employment Type: Permanent, Full time, 38 hours
Pay: $42.38 - $43.76 per hour (depending on qualification and experience) + Superannuation + Benefits
Responsibilities
* Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care
* Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team
* Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence
* Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide
About the Centre
Goodstart Centenary Heights is an 80‐place centre located on the corner of Ramsay & Alderley Streets, Centenary Heights. It is a modern, purpose‐built facility with six dedicated childcare rooms, state‐of‐the‐art indoor environments from Nursery to Kindergarten, and inspiring nature‐based outdoor play spaces including water play, sandpits, sensory paths, yarning circle and quiet retreats. There is a separate staff room with kitchen facilities and an upstairs programming room.
