About the Role
As the first point of contact for customers at our Kwinana branch, you will ensure that our customers receive the best possible service with their equipment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Address customer needs in person, by phone and email
Generate hire schedules, quotes and invoicing
Coordinate equipment deliveries, transfers, pick‑ups, repairs & breakdowns
Assist customers and colleagues in the yard with loading equipment as required
