Responsibilities
Serve as key contributor to the implementation of the ERP system.
Identify and produce thorough training materials for the various software modules.
Create and deliver engaging training sessions tailored to different user groups and learning styles, both in-person and online.
Assess attendees' adoption of training content and support change-management activities.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders and vendor partners.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an IT Trainer, Technical Trainer, or similar role with relevant tertiary qualifications.
Solid understanding of various training methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to develop and deliver both face-to-face and online sessions.
Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and user-experience best practices.
Ability to explain complex concepts in simple, understandable terms.
Team-oriented and inclusive approach to working with diverse teams.
