Retail Consultant – Townsville
Showroom Sales Consultants, known as "Retail Consultant", are part of the Bathroom Life team in Townsville. They support builders, interior designers and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.
Responsibilities
* Assist customers in selecting suitable bathroom products.
* Create and manage customer quotes and orders via email and phone.
* Use our 3D Planner to translate a customer's dream into a visual plan.
* Visit customers onsite to provide updates, maintain relationships and ensure satisfaction.
* Maintain the showroom, keeping it running smoothly and safely.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in retail sales or customer service with a focus on building relationships.
* Energetic, initiative‐driven and willing to learn and grow, even if not experienced with bathrooms.
* Comfortable using a computer and eager to learn new systems.
* Open to working various shifts, including weekends.
* Desire to develop a career locally, within our network, or at headquarters.
