Salary Range $90,000 -$110,000 + Super.
Hungry Jack's is a franchise of the international Burger King Corporation with over 440 stores in Australia and more than 20,000 employees.
This is a permanent full‐time position. The applicant must hold and maintain a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate and/or ServSafe Certification.
Responsibilities
* Ensure safe, effective, efficient operation of all aspects of the restaurant.
* Provide safety leadership: manage day‐to‐day operations with compliance to local legislation and Hungry Jack's standards, lead the Restaurant Safety Committee, manage incidents, injuries, and Return to Work process.
* Create a culture of inclusiveness and continuous improvement.
* Interview, hire, train and supervise crew to deliver exceptional guest service.
* Evaluate employee performance, promotions, conduct disciplinary discussions, and resolve grievances.
* Ensure guests receive prompt service and quality food.
* Execute the National Marketing Plan, ensuring correct pricing and marketing material display.
* Respond to guest inquiries and feedback, provide corrective actions or escalation.
* Own National incentive programs to improve the guest experience.
* Utilise the Business Priority Plan to improve restaurant performance, review results and communicate action plans.
* Plan and execute community engagement initiatives.
* Create a high‐performing team culture: build a restaurant team, provide shift coverage, create succession plan, partner with Training Coach to execute training plan.
* Accurately project and monitor sales, roster staff and order inventory; manage controllables to achieve profit goals.
* Ensure regular stock takes and maintain stock records; verify sales data and monitor discount and vouchering.
* Order inventory accurately according to sales projections.
Qualifications
* QAf Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in a related field, or at least 3 years of relevant experience.
* Food Safety Supervisor Certificate and/or ServSafe Certification.
* National Police check required.
