The role
You will take full accountability for your store and deliver practical retail excellence every day. That means you will:
* Lead from the floor, not the office
* Work stock and execute core processes alongside your team
* Drive disciplined store standards across presentation, stock flow and service
* Manage sales, wages and costs with commercial awareness
* Build a capable team that understands clear expectations
* Hold standards consistently and address performance directly
* Guide your team through operational change as we strengthen our capability
