Role Overview
Our Manufacturing Graduate Pathway is an 18‐month rotational programme designed for graduates interested in the future of manufacturing.
The role can be based at the Coalville or Warrington facilities, with travel between all three factories. The programme exposes you to key business areas: Production & Maintenance, Logistics & Supply Chain, Construction, Finance & Commercial, and Design. During the final rotation you will decide with your line manager where to specialise, with potential roles including Assistant Production Manager and Assistant Contracts Manager.
You will be working within Vistry Works, the manufacturing arm that delivers modern methods of construction at scale and builds high‐quality new homes faster, more economically and environmentally friendly.

Qualifications
* Relevant degree at 2:2 or above
* Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel as required

Responsibilities
* Complete all rotations to the best of your ability and meet the targets set by each rotational supervisor.
* Take advantage of learning opportunities throughout the programme.
* Integrate into each team, supporting them to achieve their goals and building professional relationships.
* Absorb knowledge and expertise from teams, ask questions, and develop understanding.
* Contribute to continuous development by being proactive in key business initiatives, projects and launches.
* Act as an active member of the Vistry Graduate community, supporting peers and participating in quarterly graduate meetings and professional development events.
* Represent Vistry Future Talent at career events, fairs and engagement opportunities.
* Act as a buddy to new graduates in the community.
* Commit to further study, qualifications and accreditations as appropriate.
