What Your Day Will Look Like….
As a Security Officer, you'll be a trusted presence across hospital grounds—supporting staff, patients, and visitors with everything from routine patrols and access control to responding to incidents with calm and care. You'll engage directly with people, using positive communication and de-escalation techniques to manage risks and promote a safe environment. Whether you're assisting in an emergency, mentoring new team members, or helping someone find their way, your work will make a meaningful difference every step of the way.
