Grocery services include the provision of warehousing services and an integrated transport strategy interstate and intrastate for large supermarkets and retailers with a diverse product range.

**Job Description**:
Toll Global Logistics is searching for a customer focused Transport Supervisor to manage and organise the transport of Woolworths products to site across the Central Coast and Sydney regions.

This position gives exposure to a Tier One grocery customer, and provides the opportunity to internally progress within the business and industry. Demonstrate your ability to prioritise, problem solve and think on your feet in this fast paced role.

Reporting to the Senior Manager - WoW Warnervale, this position will be based in our shared Woolworths/Toll site and works a 12 hour shift (4am - 4pm) on a 4 day on, 3 day off / 3 day on, 4 days off roster.

**As the Transport Supervisor, you will**:

- Effectively co-ordinate all outbound transport services.
- Complete daily checks to ensure arrival and departing times are met per agreed time schedule.
- Establish and maintain a strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders including drivers, allocators, union personnel and the customer.
- Manage all staff members ensuring all procedures, deadlines and KPIs are being met.
- Ensure safety is a priority and maintain a safe work environment for all staff and site visitors.

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Demonstrated experience in the transport industry essential, with Sydney distribution network knowledge highly regarded.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioiritse, manage large volumes of work and problem solve.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships with all personnel.
- Champion safety in the workplace, ensuring all employees are compliant and understand the HSE requirements.
