Responsibilities
* Address inquiries and grievances from customers regarding products and assistance offered.
* Oversee workforce management on‐site, encompassing recruitment, orientation, performance assessment, termination, advancement of employees, and resolution of their concerns.
* Train employees in managing complex sales transactions effectively.
* Organise and develop employee rosters, delegating specific responsibilities to team members.
* Guarantee swift and exceptional service delivery to patrons, ensuring they are provided with high‐quality products and assistance.
Requirements
* Relevant qualification or 1 year of experience in lieu of the qualification.
* The right candidate will have at least 1 year of experience.
* Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
Position: Full Time (at least 38 hours per week)
Salary: $68,000 – 85,000 per year
