About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Radiographer to join our Busselton team. This is a full‐time permanent position, offering an exciting opportunity to work in a modern healthcare setting with access to the latest imaging technology. You will be responsible for performing a wide range of general radiographic examinations while providing compassionate patient care and maintaining high‐quality imaging standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform general radiographic procedures in line with clinical protocols and safety standards.
* Deliver excellent patient care, ensuring comfort, safety, and clear communication.
* Work collaboratively with radiologists, medical staff, and colleagues to support patient diagnosis and treatment.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of procedures.
* Adhere to radiation safety and infection control policies.
* Participate in ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
* Qualification in Medical Imaging (Bachelor of Science or equivalent).
* Hold AHPRA registration and Western Australian Radiation Use Licence.
* CT experience (recommended but not essential).
* Experience with RIS/PACS systems (recommended but not essential).
* Willingness to participate in further education and continued professional development programs.
* Experience with Siemens and Canon imaging systems highly desired.
* Highly developed interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build effective relationships and communicate with a diverse range of people internally and externally.
* Minimum of 2 years experience preferred.
