We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Control Project Manager to lead our engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project milestones.
About the Role
This role involves overseeing a portfolio of capital projects at our smelter site, with a focus on electrical engineering, project scheduling, cost control, and project tracking. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver projects that meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables
* Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
* Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including project owners, engineers, and other team members.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company standards.
* Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects, and develop contingency plans as needed.
* Provide regular project updates and reports to management, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Demonstrated expertise in electrical engineering, project management, and risk management.
* Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
