With around 250 people across Australia and Peru, we can work on big complex projects whilst still offering a supportive, close‐knit culture so our undergraduates are trusted, valued and supported from day one.

How does the ATC Williams Undergraduate Pathway Work? Undergraduate Vacation Placement - Begin at the Ground Up
Offering students paid work from November – February at our Sunshine Coast office.
As an undergraduate you will:
* Work on real engineering projects with real deliverables.
* Attend site visits and gain practical field experience.
* Apply your university studies to real problems in tailings, waste and water engineering.
* Build confidence by working directly alongside senior engineers and their clients.
Momentum Program - Become a Rising Star
After a successful vacation program, you have the opportunity to:
* Work 1-2 days per week during term and/or university holidays.
* Fully flexible to fit around your university schedule.
* Build on the skills you gained while on placement.
* Gain experience across a project lifecycle, including Technical Analysis, Assessment, Modelling and Reporting.
Graduate Pathway
Fast-track your future right out of university with a full‐time qualified position. Our Graduate Pathway accelerates your career with hands‐on, project‐specific work across multiple disciplines.
* Hands‐on project work from day one.
* Exposure to multiple technical disciplines including civil, geotechnical, water, hydraulics, hydrology, hydrogeology and environmental monitoring.
