Resort Manager Role Summary:
The successful applicant will be responsible for all aspects of complex management, including property letting, maintenance, and operations.
* Maintain trust accounting and daily trust receipting
* Daily/monthly bookkeeping using Xero
* Liaising with Body Corporates
* Maintenance and Operations of the complex
* Fault-finding
* Managing reactive maintenance
* Complying with WHS standards
* Customer interaction

Multitasking is required to manage the resort efficiently. Strong organizational skills are a must to meet deadlines and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
