Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee construction activities across multiple workstreams and contractor interfaces.
* Act as the Owner's on-site representative, ensuring delivery aligns with contractual obligations.
* Lead the site-based team including civil and electrical supervisors, HSE, stakeholder engagement, and administrative staff.
Maintain daily site logs, progress photos, and contractor reports for internal governance. Provide regular updates to the Project Manager, including risk and interface tracking.
