We are seeking a high-calibre, results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Jandakot, WA. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of Pacific Automation, spearheading new business opportunities and managing key accounts within our industrial electrical and automation portfolios. You will be deeply embedded in the WA market, fostering long-term partnerships and delivering technical solutions that keep our state's vital industries moving.

* Foster long-term partnerships and deliver technical solutions that keep WA industries moving.
Qualifications
* Proven business development experience within industrial automation, manufacturing, or electrical and engineering sectors.
* Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate technical features into clear business value for customers.
* Self-motivated professional who thrives on autonomy and is passionate about solving problems for customers.
* Operational experience using a CRM system, managing a healthy sales pipeline and providing accurate forecasts.
Additional notes: The role could suit someone currently selling or an electrician who has moved into sales and understands mining and industrial applications. The package includes base salary (negotiable) + super + car allowance (25k). Relevant EEO and safety information remains as required.
