We are seeking a Chief of Staff–style operator to support the CEO of an investment group.
This is a high-trust, hands-on role combining executive support with ownership of the CEO's operating rhythm, reporting cadence and governance processes across leadership and Investment Committee forums.
This is not a junior EA role. You will be expected to think, challenge, synthesise and deliver CEO‐ready outputs — not simply coordinate or format.

Collect, review and consolidate senior leadership updates
Draft concise, CEO-ready weekly management packs
Track priorities, risks, decisions and follow-ups

Prepare and consolidate project and business committee materials
Capture decisions, actions and cross-functional dependencies
Track follow-ups and ensure progress across teams

Prepare the CEO's monthly Investment Committee pack
Translate operational updates into clear, decision-focused reporting
Liaise with Committee members and the Chairman
Capture decisions, conditions and required follow-ups
Governance & Follow-up
Maintain a clear record of decisions, actions and outstanding items
Ensure reporting is consistent, accurate and CEO-ready
Proactively identify gaps, risks or inconsistencies
Drive follow-up without prompting

Low ego, high ownership
Discreet, professional and proactive
