The Opportunity
We are currently seeking tostrengthen our team of Psychologists through a Pool recruitment. In this roleyou will provide trauma informed and culturally responsive clinical servicesthat promote the recovery, healing, and wellbeing of children in their Out ofHome Care environment. Approximately half of your role will involvingproviding clinical advice and referral with the balance comprising counsellingand therapy to children in care and providing support and guidance theircarers. We currently have permanent and fixed-term vacancies south of theriver in our Armadale, Cannington, Fremantle offices, and a permanency vacancyin the Pilbara with the option of living and working in the Pilbara orservicing this region fly-in-fly out based in Head Office Fremantle orpossibly our Perth Office. For Psychologist Roles:

Psychologist (Provisional) Operational Officer Qualified Level 1: Tertiary degree qualification inPsychology or equivalent approved by the Psychology Board of Australia,eligible for 'Provisional Registration' on the Australian Health PractitionerRegulation Agency (AHPRA) register of Psychologists and eligible for one ofthe following:

· Tocommence or continue an approved Psychology Board of Australia internshippathway to achieve general registration or;

· To workin addition to University placements, in compliance with the Psychology Boardof Australia policy, whilst completing the higher degree pathway to achievegeneral registration, i.e., completing an accredited postgraduate degree oftwo or more years duration (two-year Master's Degree or Doctorate Degree).

Psychologist Operational Officer Qualified Level 2: Tertiary degree qualification inPsychology approved by the Psychology Board of Australia AND 'GeneralRegistration' as a Psychologist with Australian Health Practitioner RegulationAgency (AHPRA).

Psychologist Operational Officer Qualified 3: A 2-year post graduate masters degree in Clinical, Counselling orForensic Psychology or approved equivalent, eligible for registration with thePsychology Board of Australia, and specialist endorsement with AHPRA as aClincal, Counselling, or Forensic Psychologist.
