Strategic Project Lead
The Role
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of major infrastructure projects across our capital works program.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, provide technical and strategic guidance, and motivate team members to work collaboratively and achieve agreed outcomes.
• Guide high-performing teams to ensure our infrastructure meets the needs of today and tomorrow.
The Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or other relevant engineering qualification.
• Extensive civil engineering, project and contract management experience in a medium to large multi-disciplined organisation.
• Working knowledge and understanding of project management frameworks, such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, and other industry standards.
• Demonstrated ability to use effective negotiation skills when dealing with clients and stakeholders.
• Well-developed written communication skills with demonstrated ability to write detailed technical reports.
